Tommy Watts, President
Tommy Watts, P.E., has 23 years of industry and consulting experience and 16 years of energy banking experience. He began his career as a Petroleum Engineer with Exxon Company in 1978. From 1982 - 2003, he served as Vice President of energy finance groups at multiple banks including Texas Commerce Bank, Chase, and Mizuho. After departing Mizuho in 2003, he formed Watts & Associates to provide Petroleum Engineering services on a consulting basis. Mr. Watts received his Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1978, and is a licensed Professional Petroleum Engineer in the State of Texas.

Jeff Watts, Senior Petroleum Engineer
In 2008, Jeff Watts began his career with ConocoPhillips in Houston, Texas. Jeff joined Watts & Associates, Inc. in 2012. He received his Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2008 and his MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business, Rice University, in 2013.

Carolyn Flansburg, Petroleum Engineer
Carolyn Flansburg began her career as a Project Engineer at Cameron International in Houston, Texas and joined Watts & Associates in 2013. Carolyn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston in 2012.
